Return Policy

Overview

• Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from date of customer receipt.
• When processing your refund, shipping costs will be subtracted from the items shipped; this includes any items shipped under our Free Shipping promotion.  This also includes any shipping upgrades. 
• Products must be in new and re-saleable condition with original packaging.  Items not returned in their original condition, or in damaged packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
• Videos tapes, consumables, CD ROMs and computer software must be unopened.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid; we can not accept COD deliveries.
• We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Return Instructions

     Please follow these easy steps:

1.      Contact That’s Healthy by either email sales@thatshealthy.com or phone 1-800-467-1072 
         to request a Return Authorization.

2.      Once your request is approved you will receive a Return Authorization and address label
         via email.

3.      Carefully re-package your box to prevent shipping damages

4.      Attach the Return Label which was emailed to you to the carton.

5.       Return your package to us via the carrier specified on the return label, either UPS or USPS.

The cost of the product less shipping charges will be refunded once your package has been received back to us in good condition.
