  • About the Author
    Mr. Rives is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.S., Cellular Biology), where he also attended Medical School before moving to California to continue the research that has resulted in the Walk Yourself Thin Program.

    When he's not writing books, Mr. Rives reads them, for the nationwide organization: Recording for the Blind, Inc., headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey.

    Last, but definitely not least, Mr. Rives is a former fatty who, with the help of Somone, managed to Walk Himself Thin - and knows that you can too!
